After more than two decades leading marketing for global brands, I felt a pull toward something deeper, more meaningful — a place where women could not only build businesses, but also build each other up. I’ve seen firsthand the challenges that women face in entrepreneurship and leadership, and I know the power that comes from having the right support, strategy, and community by your side.
